We want you to love your Glaxie products. For hygiene reasons, sheet masks can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request

Email us at 📧 support@galxieglow.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement (often without requiring a return).
